We do not normally charge a fee but depending on your circumstances a fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage may be charged.We will advise you at the outset of any fees we may charge for our services.

For your insurance needs we arrange policies exclusively through Legal & General. We believe they provide a good range of life and home insurance that are value for money.
